At Outlet House, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products under the following conditions:
Return Period
Products should be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Return ID
Customers need to produce a Return ID number during the time of return.
Bundle Products
If the product that is purchased has a bundle, then the entire bundle (including belts, bags, or any other accessories) needs to be returned in original condition.
Condition of the Product
The product must be in its original packing condition (including all accessories), which means it is unworn, unopened from shrink wrap or seal opened for certain branded perfumes, unused, and in its original condition. Sew-in labels should not be tampered with.
Refund Process
If the conditions are satisfied, the customer will be issued a refund to the original mode of payment. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount will be added to your account as a credit for the next order.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are not allowed.
